My Name is Jon Doe, Staff ID / Student Registration # 123456. I have forgotten my password for school Campus Network Access (Wi-Fi - Internet - Printing). Please help me reset it.

An agent will then attend to your ticket, please keep checking your personal inbox you would have specified earlier when creating the ticket for a response and update. (NB We encourage you to use your @africau.edu school email address when creating these tickets).
